QA Team lead in CRM Genesis

We are a team specializing in the implementation and integration of CRM systems and business process automation solutions based on Creatio (Terrasoft). Our clients are companies from various fields: e-commerce, finance, law, logistics, beauty and health, professional services. We help them grow through effective automation.

We are currently looking for a QA Team Lead to ensure the high quality of customized CRM solutions, build an effective testing system in the company and integrate QA processes into the product introduction cycle for customers.

What we will entrust:

• formation and development of the testing department from scratch (planning the structure, selection and development of the team);
• development and implementation of the testing strategy for the product and custom implementations;
• building QA processes in close cooperation with teams: business analysts, developers and project managers;
• definition of testing approaches (manual, automation for typical scenarios, UAT);
• quality control at all stages of the project: from gathering requirements to product acceptance by the client;
• development and implementation of quality metrics: number of defects after release, reaction speed, stability of releases;
• conducting release quality audits and participating in decision-making regarding implementation readiness;
• organizing QA-team training on the product, tools and business processes of customers;
• developing a culture of preventive testing, when quality is established from the requirements stage.

We will be happy to communicate with candidates who at least 80% meet ourexpectations:

• deep understanding of software testing processes (manual, regression, integration, UAT);
• experience in building QA processes from scratch or team scaling;
• experience working with B2B systems or ERP/CRM solutions -mandatory;
• understanding of the principles of customized projects and implementations for clients;
• experience working in a product-project environment (implementing software for clients);
• team management, mentoring skills and task setting;
• system thinking, attention to details, responsibility and flexibility.
