Your tasks will include:

• Control and management of the timely implementation of all improvements and processes of the Customer Experience Department;
• Development and maintenance of project documentation (minutes, meeting/project plans, reporting, weekly metrics of project implementation and success);
• Organization of effective interaction between participants from different departments;
• Control of timely and high-qualitycompletion of tasks by responsible participants;
• Organization of coordination meetings and communication with stakeholders and responsible;
• Creation and maintenance of project knowledge base;
• Implementation of project monitoring systems and analysis of their implementation efficiency;
• Maintenance of project documentation in specialized systems (for example MS Project, Planner, Worksection, Jira);

What we expect:

• Experience in managing projects and teams;
• Owning at least one of the project management tools: MS Project, Planner, Worksection or others;
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall;
• Understand how a product goes from an idea to a finished product;
• Experience in creating project documentation and conducting meetings;
