Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation (UCBS) is an independent analytical center specializing in national security issues. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities by conducting research, developing strategic communications and implementing partner projects.

We are looking for a Project Manager who shares our values ​​and strives to contribute to strengthening the state. 

Requirements:

• To share the values of the team: supporting the independence and sovereignty of Ukraine, strengthening the state through one's professional activities.
• Experience in the position of Project Manager from 1-3 years (IT / digital / marketing).
• Knowledge of Kanban methodology.
• Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Worksection or other project management tools.
• High communication skills, responsibility and organization.

Duties:

• Planning, organization and control of implementation of digital marketing projects.
• Coordination of the work of a team of developers, designers, PPC specialists.
• Definition of priorities, setting tasks and monitoring deadlines.
• Communication with partners, collection and clarification of requirements.
• Preparation of reports, risk management and budget projects.
