The 93rd regiment of the Madyar Confectionery of Birds is a high-tech unit within the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which specializes in providing SBS units with effective means of attack, the use of ground-based robotic complexes, and the construction of fortifications. Polk has modern production and design-engineering facilities that provide a full cycle — from development and testing to serial production.

Responsibilities

• software development: design and development of modules in C/C++ for low-level systems, drivers, microcontrollers, embedded systems
• writing scripts or tools on Python for automation, testing, data processing, prototyping, integration of software with hardware (for embedded systems or devices)
• implementation of experimental functions, PoC, construction of prototypes of algorithms and systems for validation of ideas, collection and analysis of data from prototypes
• profiling and optimization of code for speed, memory, power consumption

Requirements

• programming skills in C, C++, Python
• knowledge and experience with game engines: Unreal, Unity, etc.
• skills in level design, game design, scripting, modding
• experience in writing a plugin for Unity for rapid landscape generation
• building a small game prototype to simulate a user behavior
• skills in Blueprints: visual programming, creating logic without code
• writing scripts in C# for gameplay logic, UI, physics, animations

Conditions

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
• the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the opinion of the VLK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCCs and SPs, high schools, educational centers, etc.
