• Optimization of production processes to increase productivity and product quality.
• Ensuring performance production plans and deadlines.
• Cost control and efficient use of materials and resources.
• Interaction with the supply, logistics and sales department.
• Control of safety and labor discipline.
• Introduction of new technologies and improvement of production processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position in the furniture industry.
• Knowledge of furniture production processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize production processes.
• Responsibility, organization, result-oriented.
• Experience in working with production equipment and technical documentation.
