Shafa.ua is a platform for buying and selling mainly clothes, shoes and accessories. There are cosmetics, perfumery, decor, author's products, sports goods, children's goods. First of all, system businesses with new products work on the platform. However, some people sell used branded goods, giving them a "new life". 10 million users visit Shafa every month.

About the team :

The project has 60 specialists: product development, user support, content, SEO teams specialist and marketing team, which already has a team leader, 2 marketing managers and a PPC specialist. Now we want to strengthen the marketing team with one more PPC specialist.

What is important for this role:

• Experience with product feeds from 5 million;
• Experience of RRS work from 2 years;
• Proactive position, generates and tests hypotheses;
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads tools, Pixel;
• Ability to analyze data and work with a large amount of information;
• Practical skills in conducting A/B testing and understanding the principles of when to conduct it and when not necessary;

Tasks:< /b>

• adjustment and optimization in Google and Meta, use of all possible tools;
• evaluation and adjusting strategies to improve advertising performance campaigns;
• experiments on increasing CTR, reducing the price of a click, improving the quality of ads;
• searching for ways to scale advertising campaigns; control of budget implementation;
• reporting.
