- Knowledge of the "Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine" and consultation of company employees;
- Knowledge of the 1C program: Enterprise 8.2. Personnel and Salary;
- Keeping records of employee vacations, drawing up vacation schedules;
- Control over the state of labor discipline in the company's divisions and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations;
- Maintenance of the timesheet;
- Searching for employees of the necessary professions, specialties and qualifications, according to applications for the search of personnel submitted by the heads of structural divisions, approved by the general director of the enterprise, conducting interviews with candidates in order to identify the most promising ones.
- Informing employees about personnel matters and the most important personnel decisions of the enterprise.
- Accounting of sick leaves;
- Organization of corporate events;
- Issue of documents necessary for assigning pensions to the company's employees and their families.
- Registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the head of the enterprise;
- Preparation of necessary materials for attestation, qualification and tariff commissions, draft documents related to awards and incentives of employees;
- Conducting adaptation measures for new employees of the enterprise: familiarization with the enterprise, rules of internal labor regulations, other necessary normative documents of the enterprise etc.
- Assessment of personnel in order to form a personnel reserve, identification of personnel training needs, development of personnel evaluation (certification) programs, preparation of a package of documents for evaluation.
- Development of improvement of the organizational structure of the enterprise.
- Development of a complex system of remuneration and bonuses, other motivational measures in accordance with the company's strategy and goals for different categories and groups of employees, KRI.
- Development of regulatory documents and procedures for working with personnel.
- Development and implementation of documents (policies, regulations, instructions, SOPs, etc.) that regulate the activities of the unit, methodological recommendations for their implementation; Development of long-term and annual labor and personnel plans.
- Compilation of established reporting on work with personnel.
- Formation of the personnel reserve base (internal and external).
- Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities.
