Operations Manager in Velex Group

We are looking for a motivated and seasoned leader for our partner company to direct efforts in orchestrating change management initiatives and advancing organizational development and to lead the team forward.

AvadaPay is a payment company headquartered in Dubai and presented in the MEA regions. We are fully licensed with regular authorities in each region and have local offices for day to day onsite interactions with partners. We provide payment and communication channels for the businesses and give a solution for the payment agents. 

Currently, we are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• experience in fintech and payments business is required
• experience in leadership roles in the payments industry with a proven track record of success in operational management, strategy development and execution
• strong understanding of business operations, including finance, sales, marketing, human resources and supply chain management
• excellent leadership, communication skills and interpersonal skills 
• strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• demonstrated ability to drive change, innovate and adapt to evolving market dynamics and business challenges
• Fluent in English; French would be an advantage 

Responsibilities:

• collaborate with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategic goals and initiatives
• lead change management initiatives and development efforts to support growth and scalability
• implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and performance across all functional areas of the company
• provide leadership and direction to department heads and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• monitor and analyze KPIs, financial metrics and operational data to assess performance and make data-driven decisions
• drive revenue growth and profitability through effective resource allocation, cost management, and revenue optimization strategies
• oversee implementation of technology solutions and systems to enhance productivity and improve customer experience
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in all operational activities
• represent the company externally, including participating in industry events, conferences, and media appearances
