Requirements for the candidate:
- Education: marketing, PR, journalism, communications or related specialties.
- Experience in marketing or communications of 2 years (B2B, consulting, IT, analytics, education).
- Understanding of modern digital marketing and content marketing.
- Content creation skills: texts, Reels, cases, articles, news.
- Ability to work with analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO).
- Experience of brand promotion on LinkedIn is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of OSINT / analytics / technologies — desirable, but not mandatory.
Main tasks:
- Formation of a marketing strategy for the development of the Uglava&Azones Intelligence brand.
- Development of the brand of expertise — positioning the company as a leader in the field of analytics and OSINT.
- Creating the company’s positioning in professional communities (LinkedIn, media, OSINT forums).
- Creation and management of the company's social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube).
- Planning and implementation of content strategy (analytics, articles, cases, news).
- Development and management of advertising campaigns (SMM, email marketing, targeting).
- Coordination of branding projects, design tasks, website updates.
- Preparation of presentations, landing pages, corporate materials
- Interaction with contractors, control and analysis of their work efficiency;
- Creation and support of an expert blog: publication of cases, analytical materials, news, interviews.
- Development of the infobusiness direction of the company — educational products, workshops, webinars, OSINT courses.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Close cooperation with management and a team of analysts.
