K-Flex Ukraine is a representative office of the Italian company L’ISOLANTE K-FLEX — a world leader in the production of insulating materials from foam rubber, more about us http://www.k-flex.ua we are looking for a talented marketer who will strengthen our team and help us improve brand awareness, attract new audiences. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies, management of advertising projects and analysis of their effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of complex marketing strategies (online and offline);
• Preparation and management of content for social networks, website;
• SEO optimization of content and website;
• Email marketing: development and implementation mailings, analysis of effectiveness;
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, preparation of reports (Google Analytics, CRM systems);
• Interaction with contractors (designers, printers, photographers) and other company departments;
• Managing the development of printed and digital advertising materials, souvenirs;
• Writing and placing articles on various resources, sites;
• Marketing budget planning;
• Organization of offline events, PR activities;
• Company participation in events (organization, sponsorship);
• Greeting clients and partners on holidays;
• Preparation of gifts, souvenir products.

Knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

• Experience of working with Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising cabinets (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube);
• Experience of working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager;
• Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to apply them;
• Skills of working with CRM systems;
• Experience of working with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendPulse, etc.);
• Skills work with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, basic knowledge of Photoshop);
• Experience in creating content (texts, images);
• Experience in organizing exhibitions, conferences, webinars;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field;
• Experience in the field of marketing from 2 years;
• Readiness for business trips.
