Leading engineer on labor protection in Allseeds

Allseeds Group, one of the largest producers and exporters of vegetable oils and meal in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets, is looking for an experienced and highly efficient candidate for the position of Leading engineer for occupational safety.

Main functional duties:

• Participation in the organization, planning and support of the safety system of labor, fire safety, ecology and civil protection at the enterprise.
• Development and updating of internal regulatory documents on labor protection (instructions, regulations, procedures).
• Conducting introductory, initial, repeated and targeted briefings for employees.
• Control of compliance with safety rules and regulations in the company's divisions, participation in internal inspections and audits.
• Monitoring of the technical condition of personal protective equipment, ventilation systems, signaling and other equipment that affects occupational safety.
• Participation in the investigation of accidents and the preparation of reporting documentation.
• Supporting the preparation of the enterprise for State Labor inspections, keeping relevant logs, reporting.
• Promoting the development of a safety culture at the enterprise, participating in staff training on occupational safety issues.
• Interaction with environmental services in terms of ensuring environmental protection legislation and reporting.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education (technical or engineering-technical).
• Additional professional training or occupational safety courses are mandatory.
• Experience in the field of occupational safety from 3 years, preferably at manufacturing enterprises.
• Knowledge of the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of occupational safety, fire and technogenic of safety.
• Understanding the basics of environmental safety and procedures for interacting with government agencies.
• Experience in preparing internal documentation on OP and conducting briefings.
• Ability to work with a large volume of documentation, attention to detail.
• PC skills (MS Office, Excel, electronic reporting).
• Communication, responsibility, ability to convey information in an accessible and effectively.
• Resistance to stress and systemic thinking.
