Lead generation, Functional manager in DevBranch

We are looking for a manager who speaks English and wants to work in IT. Experience in IT\lead generation.

About the company:

Our story began back in 2015. We are the first Drupal Platinum Certified Partner in Ukraine (of <30 such in the world). Currently, the team has 50+ people and continues to grow and develop.

We make both large enterprise solutions and simple sites. We work with Real Estate, Healthcare, eLearning, NGOs, Intranet, High Load, Government, etc. Cooperation only with the Western market (USA, Canada, Great Britain, EU and Israel).

What will you do:

• search for potential B2B clients on specialized platforms;
• communication with clients in written form (chats\mailing) with the possibility of calls in the future;
• maintenance of the CRM system (electronic accounting);
• interaction with potential candidates for the position of developers;
• in the future - coordination of the work of the development team;
• performance of various tasks depending on the current situation — from organizing events and merch purchases to negotiating with partners and agreeing contracts;

It sounds large-scale, but a mentor will help you get into all the processes as comfortably as possible!

Duties and tasks can change depending on the motivation to grow and develop. Nothing supernatural will happen!

What we expect:

• experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, Calendar);
• proficiency in written English (Upper intermediate);
• the ability to clearly express thoughts in written form (mainly text communication);
• the ability to search for information on the Internet (not limited to the first page of Google);
• the ability to plan your time and work autonomously;
• take responsibility and solve tasks independently as much as possible;
• willingness to work 8 hours at the computer and do not burn

Format of cooperation: at the office in Lutsk. We do not have a remote format of cooperation.

Experience of working with:

• CRM (HubSpot);
• social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
• task trackers (Redmine, Jira, analogues).
