What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to user tickets and inquiries through Zendesk, ensuring timely and empathetic support.

  • Handle disputes and chargebacks on various payment platforms, maintaining a balanced approach between user satisfaction and company policies.

  • Monitor and respond to user reviews on Trustpilot, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and quality.

  • Quickly identify and report bugs or product malfunctions to the development team for resolution.

  • Collect and structure user feedback and deliver it to the Product Manager to help shape future product improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Linguistics, Philology, or a related field.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is a must. Confident spoken English is essential for user calls.

  • Spanish or German language skills will be considered a strong plus.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
    Ability to stay focused and productive when performing routine or repetitive tasks.
