We are currently scaling the marketing team MusesAcademy and looking for Creative Marketing Manager.

Продукт працює у форматі microlearning та дає користувачам сотні юнітів корисного контенту — від практичних уроків на різні теми, книжок з саморозвитку та аудіоматеріалів з екстра інформацією до чатів з лайфстайл коучами, що можуть порадити з приводу різних життєвих питань у режимі реального часу.

Проєкт зростає завдяки performance marketing та має підпискову модель монетизації. За декілька місяців після запуску у 2023 ми знайшли позитивну юніт-економіку та провели низку успішних продуктових тестів. Наразі MusesAcademy стрімко розвивається та показує високий потенціал до масштабування. Ми працюємо над якістю продукту, шукаємо нові підходи до тестування та поставили перед собою амбітну мету — зрости х3 до кінця року й успішно заперформити у Q5.

Що чекає на тебе:

• Audience Analysis , finding ideas for advertising creatives;
• Analysis of competitors, tracking trends and market trends;
• Organization and holding of creative brainstorms;
• Setting tasks for the design team, monitoring their execution;
• Analytics of creatives by test campaign metrics.< /span>

What you need to join us:< /span>

• From 6 months of experience in performance / digital / creative marketing;
• Experience creating creatives for paid Meta traffic;
• Understanding the basics of performance marketing;
• Analytical thinking, data driven approach in work;< /span>
• English proficiency level Intermediate+.

It will be a plus:

• Working with the Meta advertising cabinet;
• Copywriting skills;< /span>
• Experience with Figma.
