IT Support Engineer (L2) in Tietoevry Create Ukraine (formerly Infopulse Ukraine)

TietoEvry Create, invites a proactive specialist to join the team of our customer, a leading telecommunications operator, for the position of IT Support Engineer (L2) in the Kyiv office.

Tasks:

• Ensuring the functionality of computers and peripheral equipment (PC, printer, etc.)
• Advising employees on the use of software and peripheral devices
• Accounting for software and hardware
• Administrating client workstations (account management, information security level control, deployment new versions of client software)
• Provision of computer and peripheral equipment to users (acquisition and installation of equipment at the workplace)
• Assessment of the possibility of direct participation in connecting customers to the corporate telephony network (PBX)

Qualification:

• 2 years of experience in IT, namely in supporting PC users (in the office and remotely)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems at the administration level
• Knowledge of personal computer hardware and peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and administration of local networks
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and administration of corporate Nortel telephony (PBX)

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of client applications Lotus Notes, Novell, ZenWorks, SAR R/3, BSCS, SSFE, MS Office and Oracle
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services 365/Azure, including Microsoft Teams
• Technical education, preferably in IT
