IT recruiter/Admin in JoinToIT

Responsibilities:
- Interaction with recruitment agencies, coordination of their work, document flow and collection of metrics for reporting - the main pool of work

- Analysis of the effectiveness of hiring processes and the implementation of new recruiting tools

- Active search and recruitment: publication of vacancies, processing of candidate applications, sourcing

- Attracting candidates through various traditional and modern channels

- Full support of the candidate at all stages: from the first contact to accepting the offer and going to work. 

Requirements:

- Experience as a recruiter or HR manager in IT for at least 2 years. 

- Confident use of CRM-systems, Excel and recruiting tools

- Developed analytical thinking, strong communication skills and focus on results.
