IT-recruiter in New Work

Responsibilities:

• Formation of vacancies and work with inquiries;

• Cold search for candidates (LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, etc.);

• Supporting candidates for the initial call; and final interviews. requirements:

• Experience as a full-time recruiter;
• Practical experience of closing vacancies in marketing and advertising departments (Media Buyer, SEO, SMM, Linkbuilder, Affiliate Manager, Farmer, PPC, Content Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Specialist, etc.);

• Experience with various search channels, social networks, and etc.);

• Experience with CRM/ATS or other accounting systems;

• Excellent communication skills: competent writing and speaking;

• Proactivity, desire to develop and improve recruiting processes;

• Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level.

Terms: 

• Schedule: from 10:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time;

• Fixed rate + bonus system;

• Paid vacation and sick leave;

• Payment in USD.
