  Your duties will include:
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads: set up campaigns, select keywords, write ad texts, set up targeting;
• Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs: manage bids, optimization budget, adjusting targeting. Setting up tracking of goals, events and user behavior in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio tools;
• Preparation of reporting on the results of advertising campaigns, analysis of data on conversions, profitability, cost of click, CPA and others indicators Formation of hypotheses and recommendations;
• A/B testing of ads, targeting, landing pages to increase the effectiveness of campaigns;
• Working with analytical tools to analyze user behavior on the site, analyze audiences and build recommendations to improve results. 
  
  We also have expectations:
• Experience in the field of PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics from 2 years;
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio: be able to set goals, create events and reports;
• Ability to optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs: knowledge of bid strategy, ways to reduce CPA, improve CTR, etc.
• Skills in working with A/B testing tools, creating and analyzing reports;
• Ability to work in a team, responsible and willing to independent decision-making - in our team you will definitely have the opportunity;
• High level of mastery of Excel and data visualization skills for preparing reports.
