ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position Inspector of the personnel department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee data in automated personnel accounting systems (Workday, SAP HCM) and verifying the correspondence of data in the systems;
  • Maintenance of personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees);
  • Registration of new employees, verification and signing of necessary documents;
  • Maintenance of work books and personal files of employees ;
  • Accounting of employee vacations, control over the preparation and observance of vacation schedules, entering information into automated personnel accounting systems;
  • Working with e-mails of employee incapacity for work and entering data into automated personnel accounting systems;
  • employee activity.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the field of personnel office management from 1 year;
  • Knowledge of current labor legislation;
  • Responsibility, attention to details, sociability, ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Skills for working with MS programs Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP HCM;
  • Knowledge of the English language at Pre-Intermediate level and above (will be an advantage).
