What you will need to do:

  • Support of users, projects and programs of remote service systems (SDO);
  • Connection of clients/users to SDO;
  • Installation of the software of the client part of SDO and training of the client's employees to work with the system;
  • Reception, registration, processing of appeals from customers/users of SDO in the Service Desk.
  • Providing advisory assistance to clients on issues related to SDO;
  • Formation of open certificates keys used in SDO;
  • Changing the powers and modes of operation of previously connected SDO clients\users;
  • Identifying errors in SDO work, conducting testing.

What will be required for this:

  • Skills in working with iFOBS systems, knowledge of electronic document management systems.
  • Professional level of computer skills as a user (fluency in the extended range of capabilities of the Windows operating system and office tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, archivers, mailcustomers, etc.).
