PULSE is a Ukrainian network of medical centers in the "outpatient clinic next to home" format. Institutions work in the primary health care chain. These are affordable private dispensaries that are an alternative to public ones.

We are forming a strong team for rapid development - and we need you - an HR manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel selection;
• Skills in conducting interviews and selecting candidates;
• Responsible approach to work, ability to work in multitasking mode, initiative.
• Personal qualities: activity, sociability, high ability to education, desire to develop and improve professional skills, responsibility, analytical thinking;
• Interest in the development of the company;
• High skills in MS Office, email programs;
• Competent oral and written language.

Your future responsibilities:

• Building an effective team
• Controlling the search and selection process, adaptation and probationary periods of candidates.
• Searching for candidates, conducting initial interviews, testing candidates
• Cooperation with department heads in matters of adaptation and personnel development.
• Formation of reporting, HR budget planning.
• Coordination of all HR processes in the company.
• Support of HR brand and corporate culture, work with personnel involvement and motivation;
• Organization and holding of corporate events.
