Our customer is a company that is a manufacturer of high-quality cleaning products, sells to wholesale buyers, works with distributors throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for a responsible and qualified employee for the position of HR manager in the team .

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and selecting candidates for vacant positions
• Organizing and conducting interviews with potential by employees
• Working with business processes related to team management;
• Development and implementation of personnel training and development programs
< li>Maintaining an effective organizational structure;
• Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a positive corporate culture

Requirements:

< li>Education: higher

• Knowledge of modern personnel management methods and HR processes

  
  

• Own direct search techniques and candidate assessment methods

• Experience of organization and participation in the implementation of various projects and programs in personnel management
