Please send your CV to - nesmelovamaryna@drreddys.com Key Responsibilities:Strategic leadership for the Rx portfolio;Sales plan, marketing investments, resource allocation and P&L management;Pharmaceutical market analysis, competitors assessment, price analysis, search for opportunities for business growth, proposal of new product launches and driving tactical and strategical plans accordingly; Portfolio and Rx Brands strategy development & implementation;Tactical promotion development with effective innovation channels of promotion;Supervising and monitoring operations for quality, process compliance and timeline;Ensuring and constantly monitoring that strategy and process of business promotion are as per plan;Conducting Periodic/Monthly reviews with Business Head and Brand managers to analyze performance for each brand/SKU in the Rx portfolio, market trends and strategy execution, to identify possible issues and risks and suggest suitable corrective actions on country and regional level;Along with Brand managers driving the execution of marketing activity plans particularly for key activities like Conferences, Master Classes & Symposia and attending key activities, as per requirement;Close interaction with the Field Force (ZM/RM) to analyze sales results, the market trends and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in the regions, developing and making the necessary changes to the marketing strategy or activities, as necessary Cooperation with SF and L&D departments for effective strategy implementation (trainings, cycle meetings, control of regional activities, MR’s knowledge and skills);Working with Learning & Development Department and Marketing Team for Induction of new Field Team-members and training of existing Field force on specific training requirements as per the need from time-to-time;Assessment and evaluation of other training and development needs through IDPs and other instruments;Working closely with line manager and HR for identification & recruitment of high quality talent in the Field Force;Building strong relationships with national and regional KOLs, medical and patients associations;Driving and ensuring culture of compliance with COBE (Internal Ethics policy) and Marketing Code.Requirements to candidate:Higher education (pharmaceutical, medical);At least 5 years of experience on a managerial position in marketing division of top-ranked, mostly multinational, companies, which perform their activities in line with norms of ethical promotion;People management skills;Understanding of Marketing Strategy and Concepts of Marketing in Rx Business;Relationship management techniques for KOLs management etc.;Deep knowledge of country and regional pharmaceutical market, of its conditions/environment, features and specificity, general information in medical and pharmaceutical sectors;Good knowledge of structure of healthcare facilities, pharmacies and hospitals;Knowledge of pharmacological and physiological details in operating TAs and brands;Understanding of principles of product promotion to healthcare specialists;Basic business finance knowledge and understanding;Project management skills;Ukrainian –native speaker, English – advanced; Skills of computer usage and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Skills of CRM system; Excellent analytical skills.
