Responsibilities

• Full documentary support of military accounting at the enterprise in accordance with all requirements of the current legislation / availability of practical experience of passing inspections and a certificate /
• Maintenance ofpersonneldocumentation: hiring, internal transfers, dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation
• Formation and management of personal files, control over records of vacations, sick leave and other types of absence
• Administration ofpersonneldocumentation: schedule, job instructions and report preparation
• Work in the 1C program

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education, work experience in the position of 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of CPC of Ukraine and other regulatory acts in the field of labor
• Confident command of 1C
• Practical experience of keeping military records, having a certificate
