• Management of e-commerce sales (site, Instagram, messengers) and coordination of work subordinate teams
 • Building and developing the customer return department.
 • Control of the sales plan and team results.
 • Increase of conversion, average check and repeat orders.
 • Analysis of the work of managers and optimization of processes.
 • Strategic planning month/quarter/year.
 • Reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce B2C / D2C from 5 years (required).
• Experience in building or developing the direction of customer return/retention with positive results.
• Experience in building or optimizing large-scale e-commerce processes and foreign markets.
• Strong sales team management skills.
• Analytical, systematic, result-oriented.
