We are looking for a Head of Customer Support to work in the iGaming vertical for a new product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the work of the customer support team.
- Ensure a high level of customer service through all communication channels (chat, email, phone ).
- Development and implementation of service standards and customer interaction policies.
- Processing and resolution of complex requests and conflict situations.
- Monitoring team performance indicators and holding regular trainings.
- Analysis of customer feedback and development of measures to improve the quality of service.
- Cooperation with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems.
- Personal interaction with VIP- customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and resolve their requests.
