Job duties
conducting inspections and documenting the results of the state of conditions, safety, occupational health and preventive work at enterprises and individuals who, in accordance with the law, use hired labor;
taking part in the investigation of industrial accidents and occupational diseases, training, raising the level of knowledge of employees who decide on occupational health and safety issues, as well as in the relevant commissions for checking the knowledge of occupational health and safety of officials and other employees of enterprises (institutions, institutions);
maintenance of the register of victims of accidents accidents at work and ensuring accounting of insurance cases, as well as their analysis;
implementation within the scope of competence of monitoring the implementation of measures to eliminate the causes of accidents at work and occupational diseases proposed by commissions of investigation;
p>participating in the development of:
salary allowance by rank in accordance with the resolution Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with amendments);
senior allowance in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of clause 12 of the final provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 3460-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024", the Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", the procedure for calculating length of civil service, approved by Resolution No. 229 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2016;
award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

temporarily, until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law

Qualification requirements
1. Education
higher special education in the specialty of occupational safety specialist or higher education in the specialty "Ergotherapy", or higher technical or medical education not lower than a junior bachelor's or bachelor's degree
2. Work experience
work experience at the enterprise for at least three years and a corresponding certificate issued by the central executive body that implements state policy in the field of labor protection
3. Proficiency in the state language
fluency in the state language
4. Proficiency in a foreign language
