Financial analyst (for the budgeting process) in Bankivska bezpeka - autsorsing, TOV

A company that provides outsourcing services for American partners requires a Financial analyst. Field of activity: real estate (timeshare property).

Key Requirements:

• A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 5 years of work experience within Corporate Finance or Audit
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Query; familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
• Experience in management reporting and budgeting
• Deep understanding of accounting standards, financial metrics, and forecasting methods
• Knowledge of key financial reporting forms: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Strong analytical skills 
• Communicative English – Intermediate or higher

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, structuring, and analyzing corporate budgets, and close communication with budget holders
• Enhancing the budgeting process
• Supporting the company’s cash management process
• Cost allocation
• Preparing informative financial reports on the company's overall performance
• Participating in the external audit process
• Conducting ad hoc analysis or research as needed
