About the project:

The team provides performing the necessary support and ensuring timely and proper control over the products developed by the Automated Banking Systems Development Department being of high quality and fully satisfying the customer's requirements.

Main duties:

• Organizes the work of development teams, solving complex and controversial situations, deals with identification of problems and their causes
• Organizes support and support of software after its commissioning, identification of bottlenecks in technology and development of processes and stages of their elimination. 
• Participates in the development of new software and making changes to the developed software based on technical tasks and problem-management data (bug fixes)
• Provides advice to the Bank's divisions at the stage of conceptual design, documentation and implementation of automation processes
• Organizes operational control and diagnostics of software modules
• Organizes the development of instructions for working with programs and other technical documentation
• Maintains implemented programs and software tools< /li>
• Ensures the fulfillment of information security requirements for information systems that are developed and / or modified

Main requirements:< /p>

• Have applied skills in the area of ​​system analysis: drawing up technical documentation, specific diagrams and schemes, etc.
• Understand the responsibilities of various members of the software development team: the head of software development support, team leader, architect, programmer, tester, designer, developer, analyst;
• Own modern strategies and technologies for organizing collective software development, including version control systems, continuous integration processes, standards code design and code inspection methods;
• To have flexible (Agile) software product development methodologies;
