Data Scientist/Data Analyst in Avrora, multimarket

Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation of ML models for retail:

Demand Forecasting,

- assortment optimization (ABC/XYZ-analysis),

- price analytics and promo-elasticity,

- RFM- and behavioral segmentation of customers (Churn Prediction).

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• Have more than 3 years of experience in the field of Data Science / Machine Learning.
• You have experience working with retail/e-commerce data: sales, balances, prices, promos, CRM.
• You have deep knowledge in statistics, ML algorithms, optimization methods.
• You have Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, statsmodels).
• You have experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery is an advantage).
• You have experience in building an end-to-end ML workflow: from data collection to production.
• You have model validation and monitoring skills (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI Model Monitoring).
• Able to explain complex ML solutions business audience.
• Oriented on business value (and not only on the technical complexity of the model).
• Interested in teamwork, open to rapid iterations (MVP > production).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with LLM (Generative AI) for automation of analytics, reporting, NLP cases.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and automation of experiments.
• Practical experience of integrating models into BI dashboards (Power BI, Looker).
