Main duties

Management of regulatory and reference information (NRI):

  • support, update and development of directories in corporate systems (nomenclature, counterparties, locations, financial objects, organizational structure, etc.);
  • ensuring relevance, completeness and consistency of records between systems;
  • participation in agreeing changes with responsible business units;
  • unification of data and creation of golden records for directories across different domains.
  • Formation of data domains:
  • definition of the list and boundaries of domains (directions: Nomenclature, Locations, Personnel, Finance, Assets, Counterparts, etc.);
  • creation and documentation domain structures;
  • providing relationships between entities within the domain.
  • Development of a master data structure:
  • building a data model with the definition of entities, attributes and relationships;
  • determining (together with domain experts) the minimum required and additional attributes for each domain;
  • setting mandatory fields, formats and rules validation;
  • Development of naming rules and unification:
  • creation of standards and templates for names of directory objects;
  • description of code formats and abbreviations that ensure the uniqueness and readability of records;
  • development of recommendations for filling text and numerical fields.
  • Data quality control:
  • monitoring integrity and uniqueness of records in directories;
  • detection and elimination of duplicates, errors, inconsistencies;
  • formation of reporting on data quality indicators;
  • participation in the implementation of quality control tools (Data Quality Checks, Power BI dashboards, etc.).
  • Development of master data management processes:
  • participation in the development of policies, regulations, procedures and roles in the data management system;
  • construction of master data management processes;
  • documentation of business requirements, data schemas, user instructions;
  • participation in training employees in the principles of maintaining regulatory and reference information;
  • preparation of proposals for improving processes, automation and integration.
  • Participation in digital transformation projects:
  • participation in projects from the implementation or development of corporate systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, DWH, MDM);
  • ensuring the consistency of directories between systems;
  • testing and checking the quality of data during migration or integration.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of information technology, analytics, economics, management or related areas.
  • Work experience from 2 years in the position of a research engineer or data-officer
  • Understanding the concepts of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
  • Knowledge of the principles of classification, structuring and attribute description of data.
  • Ability to describe data models, define entities, attributes, relationships between directories.
  • Skills in creating naming rules and coding elements of research research.
  • Knowledge of the basics data quality control (duplicate detectiontives, integrity checks).
  • Experience with corporate systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, BI) and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and data quality monitoring preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database design principles.
  • Ability to formulate business requirements and create technical documentation.

It will be an advantage

  • Experience in the implementation of ERP systems or MDM solutions.
  • Knowledge of corporate classifiers (UKTZED, ISO, OKPO, etc.).
  • Understanding data architecture (Data Model, Entity Relationship).
  • English - Intermediate +
