Data analyst, marketing analyst in MGHT

We are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Analyst (In-house team)

Team:

The MGHT team specializes in the traffic of insurance products (offers) with geography around the world. We have our own and exclusive insurance products (offers). All products (offers) are active and stable.

We are looking for a specialist with analyst experience to join our internal team. The main goal of this position in the team is to create complex analytics that will influence performance indicators (conversions / sales). insurance

What to do:

• Analysis operational indicators: market share, sales structure, conversion, traffic, payments, etc.
• Building a KPI system for evaluating the effectiveness of user journeys (from the first click to repeated sales).
• Research and deep dive of the relationship between sales and indicators that can have an impact on online (from the market and competitors to the site loading speed).
• Formation and preparation regular reporting for decision-making, formation of theses, recommendations, conclusions.
• Building dashboards in Looker Studio, BI systems and Excel for system control of indicators.
• Collection of indicators from other departments from various systems for reporting.
• Analysis of cases and search for relationship with indicators. Finding bottlenecks in operational processes.
