The 3Shape company specializes in the development of 3D scanners and software solutions that enable dental and hearing professionals to provide first-class services to a wide range of patients.
The history of 3Shape began in 2000. Today, we are the flagship of the dental industry and are proud of the success we have achieved over 25 years.
3Shape is headquartered in Copenhagen. Development teams are located in Denmark, Ukraine and North Macedonia, and the company's production facilities are concentrated in Poland.
Currently, we serve clients in more than 100 countries around the world and unite more than 2,200employees from more than 50 nationalities. In addition to European offices, we have representative offices in Asia, North and South America, which allows us to be closer to our customers all over the world.
The office in Ukraine was opened in 2006. The Ukrainian representative office of 3Shape is a model of excellence. It is here that the largest support center among all the company's offices is located: specialists provide technical support services to customers in nine European languages.
Despite the war, the team in Ukraine continues to work. From February 2022, the number of employees of the Ukrainian office increased significantly. We provide strong support to our colleagues: we help those who have joined the military service, provide a psychological support line, and create the most comfortable working conditions. We pay special attention to the adaptation of veterans: we support their return to professional activities and promote reintegration into the team.
We are looking for a customer support specialist with Dutch to join an energetic multicultural team and help build strong relationships with partners and users around the world.

Areas of responsibility:
Provide excellent and efficient technical support for 3Shape equipment (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, email and occasionally at on-site events.
Manage support requests: collect all required information from customers in accordance with company procedures and record in CRM.
Customer orientation - you are genuinely interested in helping others.
Strong communication skills - able to ask questions, listen and explain clearly.
Languages - fluent Dutch (from B2), English and Ukrainian (oral and written).
Ability to solve problems and logical thinking - you like to find solutions.
Constant learning - the desire to develop and acquire new skills.
Analytical abilities and the ability to work with several tasks at the same time - with a share empathy.
