The company "Artvik" is looking for an employee for the position of Customer Support with knowledge of the Polish language in the city of Kyiv.

What you will do:

- Provide customers with prompt support via e-mail and chat
- Resolve conflict situations and do everything possible to meet the needs of customers

Required experience:

- Experience in the field of customer service will be extensive a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance
- Knowledge of the Polish language at the B1 level
