ToV "Inter-Telecom", TM "CIFRA", invites you to take part in the competition for the position of "Customer technical service engineer". secondary technical, secondary specialist, students and graduates of IT courses, without education.

The key requirement is the ability to study and the desire to work.

Skills:

• Knowledge of the Windows OS family at the level of a confident user.

• Desirable experience in using Linux-based OS (Ubuntu, Debian, Mint).

• Knowledge of the basics of TCP/IP, routing. Certificates for network technical specialists or completion of such courses will be an advantage.

• Understanding the basic principles of operation of switches, routers.

• Skills in configuring SOHO routers, modems.

• Competent oral and written language, Ukrainian and/or Russian.

• Resistance and friendliness, as a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring network operation.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Setting up network equipment.
• Accepting applications from customers and their further consultation.
• Working with the "Trouble ticket" system.
