How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• work on segmentation and construction of the customer life cycle in terms of regions and countries
• ensuring a personalized approach and optimizing interaction with customers in different regions
• creating motivational programs to increase customer loyalty taking into account the specifics of regions and countries
• validation and analysis of CRM activities
• conducting CRM activities and analysis of results through A/B testing
• monitoring competitor activities and responding to market changes from the point of view of marketing strategies
• conducting cross-team projects, communicating with developers and marketing, analytical and technical teams to achieve of business results
Challenges for three months:
• team and team adaptation:
- full integration into team work processes, establishing effective communication with colleagues and related departments
• familiarization with data and processes:
- study of all available data sources for analytics and CRM activities
- familiarization with the client's life cycle and preparation of proposals for its improvement
• analytical monitoring of the client base:
- system settingsmonitoring and collecting analytics on the client base, including a breakdown by country
- preparation of regular reports and conclusions to support decisions on marketing activities
• launch of CRM activities:
- preparation and implementation of CRM campaigns in accordance with approved strategies
- validation and evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns based on the data received and analytics
Challenges for six months:
• analysis and evaluation of marketing activities:
- improvement and implementation of the system for summarizing the results of marketing activities with clients
- based on regular analytics, form insights and propose improvements in interaction with clients
• generation and validation of hypotheses along the life cycle customers:
- improvement of process flow for creating and testing hypotheses regarding interaction with customers across countries
• development of new mechanics and processes:
- creation and implementation of new mechanics of interaction with customers that affect key business indicators
- ensuring monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented mechanics
• initiatives for product teams:
- formation of proposals and initiatives for the product team regarding improving work with customers or increasing business indicators
To achieve results, you will need:
• experience in building and optimizing the customer life cycle in B2C companies
• experience in working with key interaction points and ways to increase LTV, conversions, retention and reactivation of customers
• experience in conducting cohort analysis, RFM analysis and other segmentation methods
• the ability to interpret analytical results to make business decisions
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level
Of course, we will teach, but it is good to have:
• experience in forming, setting and describing technical tasks to obtain the necessary data
• experience in creating and implementing motivational programs to increase customer loyalty
• knowledge and practical use of AI technologies for automation and personalization of communications
