Coordinator of youth hubs in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" NEEKA organizes a competition for the position of "Coordinator of youth hubs" on full-time terms under the UNICEF project "Multisectoral program for humanitarian response, delivery of "last mile" aid and early recovery in Western and Central Ukraine"

Requirements for candidates:

-Higher education in the social sphere or related fields;

-Management/coordination experience of at least 2 years; 

-Experience in humanitarian projects is an advantage;

-Understanding international standards;

-Management skills for planning programs, budgets;

-Leadership, stress resistance, adaptability, diplomacy, attention to safety and details.

Main duties:

1. Services for coordinating youth hub activities and supporting youth development programs.
2. Services for the organization of trainings, events and activities for teenagers and young people.
3. Services to support youth initiatives regarding employment, training and public participation.
4. Services for the preparation of monthly and annual reports on the work performed.
