We are looking for a Chief Specialist for our department in the city of Kyiv. Your main goal will be to ensure the effective functioning and fulfillment of tasks of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Tasks:

- Analyze markets and economic sectors in order to identify violations of antimonopoly legislation.

- Investigate cases of competition violations and draw up relevant acts.

- Monitor the price policy on the markets and take measures to regulate it.

- Conduct negotiations with representatives of enterprises regarding compliance with antimonopoly legislation.

- Prepare and present reports on the department's work.

Requirements:

- Higher legal education.

- Work experience in the field of antimonopoly regulation from 3 years.

- Deep understanding of the antimonopoly legislation of Ukraine.

- Ability to analyze and interpret economic data.

- High communication skills and ability to negotiate.

- Ability to work in a team and make responsible decisions.
