Case manager in Karitas Odesa UGKC, BF

Caritas Odesa UGCC Charitable Foundation invites to the team a specialist who will become an important part of our mission — to help children and families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Main duties:

• Conducting an initial assessment of the needs of children and their families.

• Accepting clients in the social center and visiting families for place of residence.

• Development of individual support plans.

• Providing primary emotional support, counseling and redirecting clients to appropriate specialists.

• Support during visits to social, medical or educational institutions.

• Representation of client interests in state and non-state structures.

• Coordination of interaction with communities and partners.

• Keeping the necessary documentation and reporting.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of social work or related fields.

• Experience of work in the social field at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of social protection.

• Understanding the methods and principles of social work.

• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel).
