We are a telecommunications group headed by lifecell.
We provide mobile and fixed communications, Internet, television and digital services for millions of users throughout Ukraine. In times of war, we take special care of communication in the country. We invest in the energy independence of the network so that the base stations work for a long time even without electricity.

You are waiting for such interesting tasks:
- Communicating with customers who call the lifecell hotline.
- Providing advice on tariffs, services and promotions.
- Answering questions and helping customers in any situation.
- Entering complaints in the system.

- Competent Ukrainian language.
- Availability of a PC or laptop, headset and stable Internet.
