Business analyst/Consultant 1C (Accounting) in Makeup

The leading online beauty retailer of Ukraine and the EU invites to its team a Business analyst/Consultant 1C (direction of accounting).

We are looking for a specialist who combines analytical thinking, communication skills and baseline testing. The role involves close interaction with end users, analysis of business processes, customization and refinement of accounting and finance modules in 1C (7.7 or 8.3 BAS). 400">

Requirements:

• Experience with 1C 7.7 or 1C 8.3 at the user/analyst level (analysis of documents, postings, registers, understanding of settings).
• Confident skills work with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, summary tables, filters, sum reconciliations).
• Basic knowledge of accounting: debit/credit, typical posting schemes.
• Ability to read the structure of documents in 1C, understand the logic of their filling.
• Experience in preparing descriptions or simple technical tasks for developers.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, persistence, ability to accurately document requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with accountants and the technical team.

Schedule and working conditions:

• Work only in the office (Kurenivki district)
• Full time from Mon. on Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• All social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• Payment — twice a month.
