- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects.
- Able to create functional and technical documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Successful in implementing changes that lead to tangible improvements.
- Experienced working with stakeholders from different departments (IT, operations, finance).
- Successfully mediating conflicts between different points of view.
- Understand the concepts of system integration, APIs and database structures data.
- Analysis of existing business processes and finding ways to improve them.
- Development of process maps and recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration with quality control teams to create test scenarios.
- Participation in user testing (UAT) and verification of compliance of solutions with business needs.
- Preparation project documentation (requirement tracking matrices, project status reports, etc.).
- Regularly informing stakeholders about project progress.
- Supporting management in formulating business strategy and assessing technological opportunities.
- Data analysis to identify trends, patterns and create reports.
- Development of information panels to support decision-making.
- Cooperation with by technical teams to integrate new modules or third-party systems.
- Ensuring data and system compatibility.
- Development of change management plans and training of end users.
- Identification of risks in proposed solutions and development of strategies to minimize them.
