Main tasks:

Strategy and analytics

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy for brands (B2C and B2B segments).

• Search for growth points and new opportunities.

Analysis of sales funnels and conversions (CRO, UX).

• Preparation of reports and recommendations on improving efficiency for management.Advertising planning

  • font-style: normal; text-decoration: none campaigns (with a target specialist) in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing.  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Formation of B2B and B2C funnels: from first contact to repeat sales.

  Brand and communications

  • Development and implementation of brand and communication strategies for product promotion.

  • Organization of marketing, partnership and image campaigns, events, sponsorships.

  • Control over the creation of corporate style and visual communication of brands.

  • Creating a positive customer experience (packaging, ordering, feedback, etc.).

  • Close cooperation with content, design and sales teams.

  We are looking for a person who:

  • Has 2 years of experience as a marketer.

  • Understands how the full marketing cycle works: strategy > launch > analytics > scale.

  • Owns tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, SEO, email marketing.

  • Able to think analytically, work with data, look for reasons and solutions.

  • Initiative, responsible, self-organized and open to new ideas.

  • Has a university degree (marketing, advertising, communications or related fields).

  • Willing to learn, develop and improve professional skills.

  • Interested in the topic of organics, ecology, health, preservation of the planet.
