Now we are expanding and inviting you to our team Affiliate Manager in our office in Riga (relocation only).

What we expect from you:
— At least 1 years of experience working as an affiliate manager; 
— Understanding of the RevShare, CPA, Hybrid and Fixed fee affiliate deals;
— Knowledge of the basic technical aspects of affiliate integration and postback setup;
— Understanding of key traffic analysis metrics and statistics;

— Experience of working with KPIs.

Will be a plus:
— English level: Upper-intermediate (B2);
— Experience of attending iGaming conferences;
— Experience of detecting and preventing fraudulent traffic;
— Understanding or ROI and LTV analysis.

What are your key responsibilities:
— Research, acquisition, and onboarding of affiliates in various markets;
— Follow-up deals and commission payments;
— Regular competitor analysis to improve company products and strategies;
— Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the maximum ROI possible;
— Negotiate new and renegotiate old deals;
— Traffic analysis;
— Attend international iGaming conferences to find new affiliates and improve partnerships with active ones.
