What work is needed:
- Register incoming written appeals from citizens
- Transfer requests to responsible employees
- Control deadlines for providing answers, in accordance with legislation of Ukraine
- Prepare and format answers to be sent by mail
Desired experience:
- User-level PC knowledge (Google Workspace, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work with a large volume information and analyze it
- Attention and literacy
