Data Analyst/Scientist in Ortnec

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work with Product and Analytics leadership to conceive and structure analysis, and deliver highly actionable insights from “deep dives” into specific areas of our business;
• Analyse and process raw event and search data;
• Convert data into predictions and patterns and facilitate accurate monitoring and user behaviour analysis;
• Conduct analysis of internal & external data to find growth & optimization opportunities for the business;
• Package and communicate findings and recommendations to a broad audience (including senior leadership);

Requirements:

• Experience in the analysis of large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns;
• Strong analytical & creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems;
• 3+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role;
• Experience in programming, especially with data science and visualization libraries in Python or R;
• Ability to build predictive models and more.
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Fluent English level;

Personal skills:

• Self-motivated and autonomous;
• Eager to learn & develop;
• Responsible and proactive; 

Would be a BIG plus:

• Experience with ElasticSearch & Kibana or Tableau;
• Degree in math, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field;

Location: Relocation to Cyprus as an option, NOT required in the office. So you can work 100% remotely.
