  • Reaching Potential Customers, and responding to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, social media, e-mails, online and personal meetings
  • Collecting and recording the contact information of prospects and leads
  • Identifying the prospect’s business needs and goals to determine the solution
  • Assisting on sales calls as a subject matter expert
  • Organizing preparation and signing contracts
  • Managing current active accounts to ensure success
  • Tracking all the activities in the CRM, analyzing and providing reports on the progress and the results
  • Making a presentation for clients


  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Experience in selling customer software development services would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (Experience in carrying presentations would be a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with Jira would be a plus)
  • Advanced user of Zoom, Skype, and Teams
  • Self-driven, proactive,result-oriented person
  • English Level Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
