We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with our company.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships;
  • Understand customers’ goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations;
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services;
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure customer needs are met;
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and potential areas for improvement;
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, representing their needs and feedback to internal stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer experience.


What We Look For (Requirements):


  • 1+ years of experience in customer success management in open RTB CTV direction;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success manager, account manager, or client services;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to understand complex services and effectively communicate their value to customers;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously;
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools;
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies;
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Nice-to-have skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Philology, Business, or a related field.
