I've been a designer for 8+ years and in the beneath of that, of course, I've met some incredible, ambitious projects, some of them grew to become leaders of the industry some are not quite there yet, but it was the trip that mattered the most. I loved meeting new people, I have a huge amount of friends I've made during those years, I've been doing project management, account management, art directions, tried myself at the stock exchange industry even and had some progress there. There were many other things that might help to see the product from different perspectives.
At this point on the product I work, I'm doing UI/UX design and project management, partially that includes account management as I have to negotiate and advise the client that we're working with. All the team on the product were involved by me, I know each of them personally.
I do know a lot about the blockchain technology since from time to time I participate in the development process of some.

Additional firsthand knowledge of holdings communication principles
Conducted master class presentations for my colleagues on multiple occasions.
Created a vast diversity of project designs from eCommerce to Social Networks.
I follow the current trends, clearly understand why there is no such thing as “personal style” and one should always adapt to the existing trends.
Rich communication skills using business conversation style.
I’m familiar with front-end basics, so working in synergy with developers is not a problem.
Participated at Hakatons, won some, even at the ones related to blockchain
Preferably is to be a mentor/leader for a group of designers, and to be close with tech-lead/PM related to frontend to have all the possible conversations (if any questionable decisions appear) discussed with the minimum bureaucracy involved.
I do love teaching, I have a passion for sharing the knowledge I acquired, and if someone whom I teach shares something new that I haven't encountered yet it's a pleasure for me and nonetheless to grow over myself.
